Haikyuu 3ds Game English Release

The game will allow players to experience the world of Haikyu!! anime in two ways: the Adventure Mode and the Game Mode. In the Adventure Mode, depending on the character the player chooses to be the main character, the story may differ from the original manga and anime, as the game will include new plot points.

In Game Mode, the player will battle against their in-game rivals with the character they have powered-up through choosing a training menu. The strategies and in-game drama from the source material will also be included during matches.

The game will ship in Japan on September 25, and first copies of the game will come with a download code to redeem a 'Haikyu!! Quest' mini-game. A limited edition 'Hero on the Court Box' bundle will contain a tin case, six postcards, a special DVD containing cast comments and footage recreating the Haikyu!! Quest game, and a special art booklet will cost 7,600 yen (about US$76), while a normal copy of the game will retail for 5,690 yen (about US$57).
